Why it exists

A one-hour meeting rarely feels expensive because no invoice arrives afterward. The cost is distributed across salaries, preparation, context switching and delayed individual work. MeetMeter makes that collective investment visible and helps teams ask whether the outcome justified it.

What we publish

We publish browser-based calculators, diagnostics, original explainers, templates and implementation guides about meeting cost, effectiveness, decision quality, attendee design, asynchronous communication and follow-through. The live calculator creates awareness; the assessment, reset guide and editorial resources turn awareness into action.

Our point of view

Not every meeting is bad. A well-designed meeting can resolve uncertainty, improve a decision or prevent rework faster than a long message thread. The goal is a calendar where every recurring meeting has a defensible purpose, the right participants and a visible outcome.
